Once a room assignment has been made, the family is responsible for preparing the room with the resident's own furnishings.

Our Room Safety Guidelines:

The following safety precautions, in the best interest of your loved one, are mandatory:

• No electrical appliances
• No extension cords
• No refrigerators with out prior approval
• No heating pads
• No rugs
• A 2 foot passage way between furniture must be maintained

Room Set-Up

Room set-up includes a bed and bureau, chair, night stand/TV stand, pictures, as well as blankets, two sets of linens, towels and curtains of your choice. Residents may bring in a small air conditioner (5000 btu should be sufficient.) Our maintenance staff will install it for you and will also take care of winter removal and storage here on site. Once room set-up is completed, the new resident may move in.
